Anna was born in San Francisco and raised in Geyserville. Graduated from Geyserville High School, attended SRJC and received BA in Liberal Studies from Sonoma State in 2016.

She is the Administrative Assistant in the Facilities Operations Department and has been working for SRJC since 1988. She is the mother of 1 son and grandmother to 2 girls and 1 boy.

Anna is not of Hawaiian descent. Her interest in Hui happened as a by chance involvement as a volunteer. She enjoys the comradery with the Hui members and learning about Hawaiian culture.
